Henry Guy
President & Chief Investment OfficerHenry has 25 years of investing experience spanning public and private markets. He started and led venture and buyout funds and provided venture funding and served on the boards of hedge and 40 Act mutual funds.
Henry began his career as a naval officer in the United States Navy. Following his naval service and business school, he established Anima Regni Partners, a single-family office with offices in New York, Luxembourg & Sweden where he served as Managing Director for over 15 years. Most recently, he was the President & CEO of Modern Holdings Incorporated, a diversified holding company focused on investments in the United States & Sweden. Henry’s extensive board experience includes the following public company directorships: Metro International S.A. (MTRO_A), Miltope Group, Inc. (MILT), Pergo AB (PRGO), Scribona AB (CAT-S-B), Evermore Global Advisors (EVGBX) & Ascent Industries (ACNT). Henry also served on the nominating committee for Investment AB Kinnevik (KINV_A).
Henry’s not for profit board experience includes: Teach for America-Memphis, The Stenbeck Foundation, Max Stenbeck Foundation, & Max Stenbeck Charitable Fund. Henry also serves on the Board of Visitors of the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Lorie A. Jernigan, CPA, CGMA
Chief Financial OfficerLorie joined Pittco in 1999 as Controller and later served as Vice President. She began her career in 1991 with Arthur Andersen LLP, Memphis TN. As an audit manager, she focused on private and public/SEC audit clients.
Lorie serves on the finance committee and board of directors of Getwell Community Church and volunteers with Mid- South Therapeutic Riding Center which offers equine assisted experiences to individuals of all ages with physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.
Lorie holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi, magna cum laude, and is a CPA and a Certified Global Management Accountant.

Jon Hottinger
Principal, InvestmentsOver his 20-plus year career, Jon has served as a trusted advisor to corporate executives, private equity firms, entrepreneurs, business owners, and high net worth families on acquisitions, divestitures, business strategy, and investments. He joined Pittco following many years in investment banking at FORVIS Corporate Finance, BB&T Capital Markets, and Avitas Capital. Additionally, Jon spent five years as Director of Corporate Development for Synalloy Corporation (NASDAQ: SYNL). In these roles, Jon led and executed more than 25 business acquisitions and divestitures totaling more than $1.6 billion in value. Jon began his career with a boutique technology and business process consulting firm and, after business school, worked for a single-family office in New York City.
Jon’s past community involvement includes serving on the Board of Trustees of Churchill Academy, an accredited private school for urban youth, on the Board of Directors of The First Tee of Greater Richmond, and as a Governing Elder of Third Church – all in Richmond, Virginia.
Jon holds an MBA, with honors, from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Systems Engineering, with distinction, from the University of Virginia.

Vice President, InvestmentsGraham began his career as an Associate at King & Spalding LLP, an Atlanta-based international law firm, where his practice consisted of advising private equity firms and other financial sponsors in leveraged buyout, minority investment and recapitalization transactions in lower, middle, and upper middle markets.
While in Atlanta, Graham served as a member of the SpringBoard for Pro Bono Partnerships of Atlanta and on the Advisory Committee for Youth About Business.
Graham holds a Bachelor of Accountancy, summa cum laude, and a Master of Taxation from the University of Mississippi, where he was a Taylor Medalist. Graham also received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Executive Assistant/HR CoordinatorMonica serves as the Executive Assistant to Lorie Jernigan, Chief Financial Officer, and Corie Rivers, Vice President of Finance. In this capacity, she plays a key role in managing art and insurance databases, coordinating Pittco’s benefit and insurance programs, and providing crucial support to the accounting team in day-to-day administration.
Prior to joining Pittco, Monica worked for 28 years in the insurance industry. She holds a Property & Casualty Insurance license in the state of Tennessee.

Chief Technology OfficerPrior to joining Pittco in 2005 Pittco, Jerry was the co-founder of a successful technology consulting firm in Memphis, TN focused on data and communications systems for multiple small to medium-sized firms in the Memphis and Mid-South area.
During his tenure at Pittco, Jerry has implemented a variety of data and communications platforms and has led multiple cloud application system deployments. During COVID he was instrumental in expeditiously implementing a seamless remote work environment.
Jerry is passionate about all things IT and has broad expertise in a wide range of systems ranging from design and deployment of fiber-optics communications systems, wide-area point-to-point radio communications systems, digital video surveillance systems, smart building access systems, smart building lighting systems, database design and deployment, cloud-based accounting systems, cloud-based document storage systems, and smart building automation systems.

He has over 15 years experience in the design, implementation, and support of both in-house and cloud-based management information systems.
Awais holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication Systems and Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology in Jamshoro, Pakistan.
